1095-A Error

I received a 1095-A with entries in Columns A and B, rows August through December.  There were no entries in Column C, rows August through December.  I presume Column C is blank because, at the time I signed up, my estimated income did not qualify me for the Advanced PTC.  

The Form 1095-A in Turbo Tax shows errors for each of the entries in Column A, rows August through December.  Why am I getting this error?

Any box that doesn't have an amount in on your 1095-A, leave them blank in TurboTax, instead of entering a zero.

In TurboTax, you can enter your form 1095-A following these steps: 

• Go to your account in TurboTax, open your tax return.
• Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then go to Deductions & Credits on the top of the screen.
• Scroll down to All Tax breaks, locate the section Medical and click on Show more
• Click Start next to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).

As a second option, you can click the magnifying glass icon in the top right, type "1095-A", and select the "Jump to" link.
