Any box that doesn't have an amount in on your 1095-A, leave them blank in TurboTax, instead of entering a zero.
In TurboTax, you can enter your form 1095-A following these steps:
- Go to your account in TurboTax, open your tax return.
- Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then go to Deductions & Credits on the top of the screen.
- Scroll down to All Tax breaks, locate the section Medical and click on Show more
- Click Start next to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
As a second option, you can click the magnifying glass icon in the top right, type "1095-A", and select the "Jump to" link.
