Why does TurboTax put the wrong amount in Line 1 if you enter 2 W-2's? Say 1 W-2 was 8300, and the other was 4600, the 2 together should be 12900, but it put in 13,300.

1040s usually start with line 7, what form are you talking about?  If you meany line 7 are there any letters to the left of the amount, like SCH?  Have you double checked your W-2 entries int theprogram?

I meant 1040EZ if that makes a difference?  It does say sch 436, but I can't find what that means online. I have quadrupled checked my entries and had others look at it. My income stays at 12900 until the 1040EZ when it randomly turns to 13300. Thanks!
