I started flipping properties last year. I sold one and purchased another with its profit. I plan to do the same this year with 4 houses. Which turbo tax should I be use?

I need to do multiple exchanges in a year using 1031.

You can use TurboTax Deluxe to report the sale of your properties that you are flipping.

To enter the sale of your property enter sale of business property in the find box and then click on Jump to sale of business property.

Follow the screen prompts to enter the information on your property and its sale.
