Do I own 100% of the property if I am the only individual on the mortgage and still making payments on it?

I am confused by this question: "Were you the only owner of this property in 2017?" I took out a mortgage on the home in October, and started making payments on it in November. Am I a 100% owner or < 10%?

Since you bought the property were you the only owner ?  If so put 100%.
