We are a LLC and hired one business to do some bull dozer work and one LLC to build a fence. Do we need to create and give them 1099-MISC forms? All work was more than $600.

Per the IRS...file this form for each person to whom you have paid during the year:
In addition, use this form to report that you made direct sales of at least $5,000 of consumer products to a buyer for resale anywhere other than a permanent retail establishment.
