I co-own a home w/ my girlfriend. The mortgage payment comes 100% from my account and she "venmo's" me money. Would I claim 100% and she do a standard deduction?

There is not a set amount that she "venmos" me. She just will send me a little money as she has it available.

Yes, you claim 100% and she does the standard deduction.

Unmarried couples claiming mortgage interest. You pretty much have a choice. One can claim it all or you can split it. It's usually best if only one claims it, allowing the other to use the standard deduction.

You have to meet the rules, which are:

1. You are legally obligated to pay it

2. You actually pay it. Paying from a joint account where you made sufficient deposits to cover the payments will usually meet this standard. However. paying from your own account would be a stronger audit defense.

So to clarify, would I mark "I co-own this loan with someone and only pay a portion of it." and then claim 100%? Since we do co-own. Or would I mark "none of these apply"?

No.Claim you own it all since you will deduct it all.  That box is only  for Turbotax and does not go to the IRS
