Yes, you can if the contract was issued after 2006.  Upfront MIP must be spread over 84 months or over the life of the loan, whichever is less.  Here's data entry: 

1. Federal Taxes
2. Deductions & Credits
3. Your Home
4. Mortgage Interest, Refinancing and Insurance - check the box that you have not received 1098 and continue through the interview.
