Will there be a form for the recovery credit rebate from not receiving the stimulus amounts for my children?

You enter the Total amount of stimulus payments you received. Both in early 2020 and in January 2021. If you were eligible for more stimulus based on your 2020 federal tax return it will be entered on your federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 30 as a tax credit.

The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.
