Yes, usually thhe HUD 1 statement is given to you at closing, it will not be sent separately.

Note: As to the actual refinance, you should also receive forms 1098 from old and new loan reporting your deductions, such as mortgage interest, points, real estate tax and mortgage insurance. Those are the only items that you can deduct on your home refinancing.
