Why does Its Deductible not recognize my previous item donation?

I entered a donation in Its Deductible for a certain date.  I want to add a donation for a different date.  But when I click "edit" items, it goes to a page that says "Here's what you've entered so far.  You can add, edit, or delete donations on this page.".  However nothing shows up on the page.  The only option is "Done with item donations."  There is no option to add a donation.  What should I do?

On that first page you mentioned where you are clicking EDIT in the ITEMS category, is there a dollar amount listed next to the EDIT button, showing that you have made previous entries?   And after clicking EDIT for the ITEMS category, the next screen does not show a list of charities and donation dates you have already entered?   And there's no button toward the bottom that says "Add Item Donation"?

I see you are using  Chrome.  Do you have a different browser to try to see if it makes a difference?

Yes there is a dollar amount in the amount column in the items category.  When I click the edit in the items category, nothing is listed and there is no option for "add item donation".  The only option is "done with item donations".  If (on the previous screen) I click on "view summaries" it shows the two items that I entered.

That's good news.  I can't explain why.   We can see what browser was used when the question was asked, so that's why I mentioned that I thought you were using Chrome.  In any case, I'm glad it's functional.
