Why didn't I get 500 got my child I claimed this year. Left off stimulus money. ?

The IRS has not released any guidance on cases like these yet. However, based on what we know now, you will need to file a simple return in 2021 in order to get the missing stimulus payment. The non-filer registration is actually a simple return.
