The desktop version of premium should do just fine. Since the lot was not purchased as an investment, but for your personal use later as indicated by your stated intention to build on it, all you would have really, is the additional property taxes to claim, and "maybe" the mortgage interest on the loan used to purchase it.
Premiere if you use online TurboTax or you can use ANY version of desktop software that you download/install from a CD... Basic if you don't need a state return and Deluxe or better if you do.

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return. You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return. The state e-file fee is $19.99 and increases in March.
