If you are filing a Schedule C for a self-employed business, these would be entered in the office supplies section of the expenses for your business.
When using the online version of the program, you have to use the self-employed version in order to report SCH C income and expenses.
If you use the CD version that you install on your computer, then you can use any flavor you want from Deluxe on up, to report SCH C income and expenses.
Assuming this is for a SCH C business that you own, in the expenses section there is a box labeled supplies.
