Charitable deductions are claimed under Federal Taxes, Deductions and Credits.  You'll be shown a small starting list of deductions.  If you don't see charitable contributions, just click to add less common deductions at the end of the list.

Charitable contributions are a part of your itemized deductions.  They are not deductible on their own, though, but only if the total of all your itemized deductions is larger than your standard deduction.
