what is the non-resident state? many do not allow such a deduction if you are not a resident or part-year resident.

The Non-Resident state is Indiana, they mentioned the medical savings deduction and I wasn't sure what if anything to input in this spot. Its confusing to work in one state, but live in another to complete your taxes correctly. Thank you for replying!
