nowhere. except they probably are reported on w-2 and that's the only place they get entered.  on the other hand if you mean HSA that's an entirely different story so post back.

No, I have pre tax deduction for my FSA account that is used for medical expenses.

This may be on the W-2 box 14 but otherwise it is not entered on an income tax return.
