Where do I add real estate taxes

Go to Federal, Deductions and Credits, click "I'll choose what I work on" then go to Your Home.  Right under mortgage interest you will find Property Taxes.

Where do I add real estate taxes

IF you go to the "Deductions & Credits" page, there is a Your Home section.

Expanding that section, you can put it in one of two different places...But not both

1)  IF you have a Mortgage, and are paying into escrow for it, and the Mortgage company pays it...then it is a part of your Form 1098, and the RE taxes they payed out is entered as part of the sequence of questions under "Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance"

2)  If you pay your RealEstate taxes yourself taxes , then you enter them on the "Property Taxes" entry line.
