Where can I list my husbands long term care expenses plus my medical & prescription expenses?

Husband has been in long term facility for 2 yrs.  IRS let us list the cost last year.  He has dementia and immobility issues.

To enter your medical expenses -

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Medical
• On Medical Expenses, click the start or update button

Yes and no.  I’m going to take my tax info to a CPA.  It’s too complicated for me to do.  Tks anyway.
