No one can tell you exactly when the CTC payment will go on your card. It often takes several days for payments to post to accounts even after they are issued by the IRS. You will just have to keep checking---and it is also possible that they mailed a check so watch your mailbox. This is a new program that is going to have bugs and mistakes---the IRS had to throw this together in a hurry when Congress changed tax laws in the middle of the tax season.
And.....if you do not want the payments to go on that card and you have a different bank account to use---then in August there will be a way to go on the IRS portal and put in different banking information, but that portal does not work yet.

According to the IRS if your return, even an amended, is pending (ie showing only as received) you will not receive the advance child tax credit payments. Go to topic Q B 12 as of June 30th there were 35 million US income tax returns that had not been processed and estimated only 3% of phone calls were being answered. Verify that here
