For car registration i paid for two years..do i put the total for two years or just one?

Arizona. This question was not answered. If I paid the total for two years in 2016, do I list that two year amount paid in 2016 or do I split that amount and show half in 2016 and the other half in 2017?

Car registration fees are not deductible in West Virginia.  In order to deduct the registration fee, the registration has to be based on the vars value. Here is a list of states where they can be deductible.

okay thats what i thought but the turbotax told me to put it in and acted like i could..now I'm afraid of what else it told me to do that is wrong
