What school?  The child and dependent care credit is for paying a sitter, nanny or a daycare facility to take care of your child so you can work.  if your child is in school, school lunches do not count for the childcare credit.

No. Food is not a deductible child care expense.

"Expenses for care don't include amounts you pay for food, lodging, clothing, education, and entertainment. However, you can include small amounts paid for these items if they are incidental to and can't be separated from the cost of caring for the qualifying person. " https://www.irs.gov/publications/p503#en_US_2018_publink1000203303
