What is the HSA deduction? TT shows one for me in 2017 but not 2018 and I can't figure out where the number came from. Thx!

HSA deduction would be a deduction for a Health Savings Account. Contributions are usually shown on your Form W2 in box 12 code W. Did you have an HSA in both years and make contributions? Also, if you made a contribution outside of your payroll in 2017 but through your payroll in 2018, then this might account for why you are seeing a deduction in one year but not the other.
