What is considered a full-time student for the 2018 tax year? I see the posts for 2016 and 2017, however it looks as though the rules on this have changed in my turbotax.

A full-time student must have attended for at least 5 months out of the year, including graduation day as a month, for tax purposes.  The number of credits required to be full-time is determined by the school.  No changes.

Rules on that haven't change. Per the IRS, a full time student is defined as "as determined by the college". Generally speaking, if you did 12 credit hours for any one semester during the tax year, then you were a full time student.
See IRS Publication 970 at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p970.pdf">https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p970.pdf</a> page 22.
