So sorry for your dreadful fire-related expenses. But unless you were in an area that has been declared a federal disaster area--such as a wildfire area, you cannot deduct anything for the fire on your federal return. When the tax laws changed for 2018 and beyond, casualty and theft losses were eliminated as a federal deduction unless you are in a disaster area.
Hope you filed an insurance claim. But your state may allow something on the state return.
