You might be able to enter her ssn instead of an EIN. Don't know if it goes in the same spot or a different spot. But ssn should work to report the payments.
You paid a person, so you enter the SSN. If she cared for the child in your home instead of hers, she may be a household employee with additional responsibilities on your part.
