We live in WI. The document says "Wis. Stats. provides a property tax exemption for land containing a burial site". The burial site is protected by the provisions of 1985 Wisconsin Act 316.

It doesn't tie in to your income taxes at all. That is a real estate property tax. That tax is assessed and collected by your local county government. You will need to contact your local tax assessor for information on that property tax exemption.
