W-2 section keeps showing "Not Started" even if I click on "I don't have a W-2"

I work abroad and do not receive a W-2 form from my employer.  So, when I'm filling the W-2 section, I click on "I don't have a W-2".

However, the section keeps showing "Not Started" and, at the end of the entire filing (including Foreign Earned Income & Exclusion), TT cannot e-file my application since the W-2 sub-sections are left incomplete.

Note that my mailing address is set abroad and that I am eligible for the FEIE.

How can circumvent the "Not Started" W-2 section and solve the e-file issue?

You may still have a "skeleton" of a W-2 from last year that may not be visible because it has no data.

Here's what to do:

1. Tap Tax Tools in the left column
2. Tap Tools
3. Select  Delete a Form in Tools Center
4. Scroll down to W-2 (untitled) and delete
5. Click Continue With My Return in the lower right when you are finished
