Using Form 4972

I am using 4972 but I am wondering about where else to enter the information from the 1099--since I am paying the tax computed on 4972 I don't know where else I need to report that income since the tax on it is already being figured by 4972?

Did you get and did you enter Form 1099-R first, in order to have TurboTax generate Form 4972?
