update property tax

when i click update on property tax, i jumps to a blank screen.

    Try this instead. 

    Go to the Federal section of the return.

    1. Go to the Federal section in the left panel
    2. Select "Deductions & Credits"
    3. Go to All tax breaks, select "Your Home"
    4. Select "Property (Real Estate) Taxes

    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

    that is essentially what i did, except my screen looks somewhat different, and it just says 'property taxes' not 'Property (Real Estate) Taxes'. you must be using a different version of TT.

    is there a way to attach a screen shot in this forum?

     

    what does 'links to members, content' mean ?

    Property taxes and property real estate taxes are the same thing.  If you see this section, you are good to go!

     

    If you are using the desktop version, your screen will look like this:
