Under EasyStep, guide me is greyed out and I cannot select that. I need to verify that I checked that I own a home. I am unable to enter property tax.

If you cannot use the Easy Guide select I'll choose what I work on and follow these steps:

• Sign into Turbotax and open your tax return

• Select the Federal Taxes tab at the top of your screen

• Select Deductions & Credits

• Scroll down the page to the first section “Your Home”

• Click “Show More on the right

• Click “Start” to the right of the Mortgage Interest line and enter your mortgage interest and then do the same for Property (Real Estate) Taxes on the line below Mortgage Interest.

For some reason the "show more" does not exist.  I also cannot command J in the easy step to get "guide me". Is this a Mac/IOS thing? All it will allow me to do is enter "additional property taxes" saying that I already entered the actual prop taxes, which I have not.
