TurboTax Premier on a Mac continually crashes

I hae been working on my taxes for 5 days and have continued to have major problems with the program. I purchased Live Assistance as in the last few years there have been glitches in the program which need work arounds. In addition to, the crashing problem, this year has been no exception. I am so familiar with the program and my taxes that by talking with someone I have found fixes. However, I can't fix the program of be in the continual calculating mode. I have tried everything, such as restarting my computer, reinstalling the program, deleting my TurboTax Cache.

Every one that I have been able to talk to (after long wait times) has been very pleasant, seems knowledgeable and has really want to help me. Is there a way that I contact someone high in Intuit and that can help me.

Also many assistants have told me that they were emailing me information. What I get is an email with a link to Turbotax saying that I have a message. The link takes to the sales page to determine which program I need. No one seems to know where messages reside and insists that they are sending simple emails.

I will be leaving the country so I need to get my taxes done soon. HELP!

I purchased the Desktop version directly from Intuit.

See this help article for troubleshooting steps for Mac issues.

If you contacted Support and didn't get a resolution to your issue, report that when you receive a survey about your call. Before ending a call that didn't resolve your issue, ask to speak with a manager.

The messages that Support sends after a call are normally emails. You might try seeing if your emails form TurboTax are going into your junk or spam folder. Also, if you are on the phone, you can give them your email address and ask them to verify if it matches what they have.

If you are still having a specific issue at this time, you can post it here.

We at Intuit TurboTax want our users to be completely delighted with their experience using our products and services, and successful in their financial lives and businesses.

Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience. We encourage you to leave your notes and comments there. “Voice of the Customer” notes and comments are read and acted upon.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can also leave feedback at the Final Steps tab:
