Turbotax 2024 for Colo is not calculating the HCTC tax credit correctly. It should calculate 25% of what was donated. It is showing 100%. Is Colo not complete yet?

CO is complete, You must have entered the full charitable donation instead of entering the correct credit amount. The credit is good for either 25% or 30% depending on rural or non-rural area. The program would have to ask more questions to figure the credit. Instead, it asks for you to enter the credit you deserve. In addition, The program has you adjust any carryover amounts based on the various carryover rules associated with donations.
