Turbo tax didn't fill out a schedule 3 this year

It doesn't look like that's covered by the accuracy guarantee. I haven't received anything from the IRS about it cuz they owe me money. I tried calling turbo tax when I filed my taxes and couldn't get it filed correctly. So it just is what it is at this point.

You'd think it would be easy to write code in a program that if the amount you should have been given is greater than what you actually got, to fill out a schedule 3
