You need to go back to the source document where you originally entered that number and change it there. If the dividends were entered on a 1099-DIV form that is where they have to be changed.

I accidentally put in a sum on line 12 ( qualifying charitable contribution) . it should be 0,00. I wanted to amend mt state tax but I cant find it to change this.
