TT is asking for "Foreign Tax Credit Comp Wks:" date. Is that just the current date (i.e. the date I am entering data in TT? If so, why is TT not prefilling it?

TT wants the date the taxes were paid. For mutual funds /EFT's you can use 12/31/2022.
