Hello,
I am the recipient of a trust from my grandfather’s passing in 2012. long story, short. I was told several years ago that there would be a dispersement to me via a True Up calculation. Shortly thereafter, there was conflict and basically a hostile takeover by one of the trustees who has since been replaced. Now I’m being told that that was a lie and a manipulation tactic used to attempt to placate/ appease me by the previous and hostile party; by the co executrix of the estate. Who now, along with the new trustee are now telling me that they are not going to be honoring that. Interesting, being that I was stalemated and stonewalled into repaying her over 1/2 a million dollars last week; now all of a sudden…this.
This seems not only unjust, immoral, and unethical, but perhaps illegal? I have it well documented that the co-exextrix was well aware and signed onto this disbursement years ago. I’m not allowed to contest anything, but if anybody has any advice, I’d be most grateful because I was strung on and led to believe that this would take place for years now I have this in writing several times over and now there’s just this 180° turning the other direction.
please advise

You need to hire a lawyer. This is not something that can be properly dealt with on any online forum.
Ok,
so there is only that option? there’s 320, million people in this country, but you seem to have the definitive answer the alpha and the Omega? Ironic because I’m dealing with a bunch of lawyers to begin with, but you want me to hire another one. There’s no insight into the intricacies nuances of the law that any other human being on any form could possibly have in regards to this matter? You are truly an Oracle, got any winning numbers for the lottery while you’re at it?
appreciate you.
Unsure of what you're looking for. Advice? You ended your first post with "please advise".
It appears that you have lawyers working on your case and they should be aware that you most likely can bring an action for breach of fiduciary duty against one or more of the executors/trustees.
If there was a conflict of interest, mismanagement of assets, failure to account or distribute, you should win, hands down (sometimes there is self-dealing and/or outright theft). However, only your attorneys can help you with bringing that action. There's not much anyone on this board can do for you.
