It appears that you have lawyers working on your case and they should be aware that you most likely can bring an action for breach of fiduciary duty against one or more of the executors/trustees.
If there was a conflict of interest, mismanagement of assets, failure to account or distribute, you should win, hands down (sometimes there is self-dealing and/or outright theft). However, only your attorneys can help you with bringing that action. There's not much anyone on this board can do for you.
