How to import excel spreadsheet (2 columns, 15 rows) of donations made from my IRA into It's Deductible.

If these were qualified charitable donations sent from your IRA trustee to the charities directly then all you have to do in the Turbo Tax program is enter one total amount when asked in the 1099-R entry section ... keep the excel spreadsheet for your records in case you are audited ... they do not need to go on the return ... the IRS doesn't require it.

Thanks.  My need is not to enter into taxes, but rather use It's Deductible as a catch-all donations record keeper, year after year.  Subsequent to your reply, I found out I cannot upload to It's Deductible.  I'll enter manually if needed.

Since those contributions made thru the IRA will not go on the Sch A then it should not be entered in the It's Deductible program at all so you don't accidentally "double dip deductions" which would be very bad.

There is no way to import into It's Deductible.
