The import from ItsDeductible to TurboTax is not functioning properly. An error message appears when I attempt to perform the function.

I would give it a couple more days since it is only the 2nd ... give them a little more time to close the tax year.  Nothing can be efiled prior to the 6th and the IRS will not start processing returns until the end of January at the earliest ...  filing early can be risky so don't be in a rush.
