My first guess would be listed somewhere on Part 5 of Schedule C (which is where one can list pretty much ANYTHING when they can't find the ACTUAL place to put something).

The full amount of the HOA fee goes on line 21 of Form 8829 for your home office. This is Other Expenses for that form. It is entered as an Indirect Expense then the correct percentage is automatically calculated based on your home office size in relation to your entire home.
How to get to the area : While inside the software and working on your return, type Schedule C in the Search at the top of the screen (you may see a magnifying glass there). There will be a popup that says Jump to Schedule C. Select that to get to the general area.
