I am entering property taxes and the amount show on the summary is different and lower. Why?

The amount of property tax shown on the summary will be lower if part of your property taxes were allocated to something else, like a home office deduction.  I see you are using Self-Employed, so you may want to review those entries under Self Employed Income and Expenses.
