Tax Year Prior to 2020: How can I pay 1040NR tax on online?

I am trying to use 2019 to verify my personal information, but IRS website rejects it. However I change to 2018, it does finally let me pass. Then I got the green light to complete the direct payment. Thank you IRS, a very disappointed website.

If you cannot set up an online account with the IRS for any reason and you owe then you can simply mail a check ... the new due date for 2020 payments is 5/17/21 so if you send it today it should make it in plenty of time.
