If I file an injured spouse for my wife who makes all the income will she get the full child tax credit and earned income credit

The IRS will figure out the percentage of the child tax credit it can allocate to your income and to your spouse's income. You can allocate all of the dependents to your wife to get the highest allocation assigned to her. Here is a link with instructions for Form 8379: https://www.irs.gov/instructions/i8379. I would view the section under Line 17.

For the earned income credit, the IRS will allocate it bases on each spouse's income. You can see this on Line 17 of the 8379 instructions as well.

I. That note. Can I use turbo tax for all this or should I use like H And R Block or something since I have to allocate dependants and file injured spouse
