Is there any way that turbo tax can deduct the $110.00 out of my refund so I can receive my tax check sooner

When you are getting ready to file your tax return you can choose the option of having your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund----that will cost you an extra $40 refund processing fee ($45 in CA)---and it will not speed up the time frame in which you receive your refund.  Choosing that option does not make the IRS process your return any faster at all---in fact it could cause it to take an extra day or two while the third party bank receives your refund and takes out the fees and sends the rest to you.

Do you still need help?  How much is your federal refund?  It has to be big enough to cover the $110 fees plus the Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California).  So your federal refund needs to be $150 or more.
