I filed tax return with Turbo Tax for Federal and State. I received email from Federal and State accepted for both on March 27th. I have selected payment tax due to be withrawn from my checking on April 15th, but today I still didn't see deductions from my account. On the first page tax record which turbotax generated and included my correct routing and account number from my bank. When I checked the print out of 1040 on second page there were not routing and account number accept all x. Is this errors that Turbotax ? that 's why the tax due is not taken out from my account?
Last year return had all bank information. Please verify.

If you've verified that your information is all correct, I'd wait a few days to see if the direct debit shows up. Often the IRS and states alike are a few days behind on getting the money they are owed. But they'll get it, for sure!
You have printed evidence that you entered the correct account information and the dates for withdrawal. You should be good.

I waited for three days and still have not seen debit from my account so I went ahead to pay IRS. And after the 4th day it showed debit to my account. Now I end up paying IRS twice. Any advice how can I get the refund from IRS for the second payment?
@Htnguyen37 Sometimes the IRS will automatically refund an overpayment. If you aren't in urgent need of the money, I'd probably wait a month or two to see if they refund it to you.
If not, you'll need to contact the IRS by phone. See the information I'm linking below to contact the IRS.
