I get a blank screen when I try to enter this data. There is no form for this worksheet.

You did not say how you arrived at the blank screen, so I will try to get you to the correct place.  If this doesn't work, please provide more information about how you got to the blank screen, and whether you are online or on your desktop.

1)  Click on "Search".  It is located in the upper right corner of your screen, next to the magnifying glass icon.

2)  Type "Social Security Income" in the search text box.

3)  Click on the "jump to social security" link

4)  This should take you to the conversation where you enter your SSA-1099 data.

IF this does not work, you can also find it under Federal Taxes  >  Wages and Income  >   Continue  >  I'll choose what I work on  >  Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security  >   Click the button to the right of Social Security (The button will say either Enter or Update.
