Delaware state tax allows you to itemize even when taking the standard deduction on my federal. How do I get this in the program?

How do I itemize for DE but standard for the Federal?

Since you appear to be using TurboTax CD/Download, you may switch to Forms Mode Windows. Then, please review the following instructions:

1. On the left panel, under Delaware Individual, select Info Worksheet.
2. Under Part IV - Standard Deductions/Itemized Deductions, select or unselect checkbox next to Check if itemizing even though itemized deductions are less than your standard deduction.
