Since you appear to be using TurboTax CD/Download, you may switch to Forms
Mode Windows. Then, please review the following instructions:
- On the left panel, under Delaware Individual, select Info Worksheet.
- Under Part IV - Standard Deductions/Itemized Deductions, select or unselect checkbox next to Check if itemizing even though itemized deductions are less than your standard deduction.
