Security deposit for hotel

I recently booked a hotel and i haven’t received my security deposit back and its the 3rd day that usually people get back their security deposit hoe doni got about getting it?

Talk to the hotel  and the CC used for the transaction.

People at the hotel or well to the person at the front desk they said they dont handle that and that it’s supposedly under turbo tax’s jurisdiction to get in contact with someone at turbo tax to get my security deposit cause its pending on their side supposedly.
